We're recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join a well-established and award-winning homecare provider in Stirling.
You will be joining a strong, established team with all the systems and templates already in place giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running and bring fresh ideas to help take the service to its next level!

Key Responsibilities:
Managing and updating rotas to meet client needs.
Supporting care staff, providing guidance and operational oversight.
Handling on-call duties to maintain continuity of care.
Liaising with clients, families and professionals to ensure high standards of care and satisfaction.
Responding to changes in care requirements, including hospital discharges and urgent staffing needs.
Monitoring compliance, care plans and service delivery in line with company and regulatory standards.
Maintaining accurate records and utilising care systems effectively to support service delivery.
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience as a Care Coordinator within domiciliary care, live-in care or supported living.
Experience completing on-call duties and managing out-of-hours issues.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Positive and personable, able to work effectively within a busy, open office environment
Confidence using digital care planning and rostering systems.
Strong communication skills, able to build relationships with staff, clients and management.
