We are looking for two new recruits to join us in our kitchens at St. JOHN Marylebone and St. JOHN Bread & Wine.St. John Bread and Wine is often referred to as St. JOHN Smithfield’s ‘cheeky little sister’. There is a brightness to the cooking, a freedom to play with the St. JOHN repertoire and a glorious freshness whilst still adhering to the central nose-to-tail philosophy.The latest venture and first new restaurant opening for St. JOHN in nearly a decade, St. JOHN Marylebone, opened in October 2022. Serving pastries and coffee from 9am, then a lunch and dinner menu from the blackboard, St. JOHN Marylebone aims to provide in some way for the people of Marylebone at every stage of the day.With menus that change twice daily, using seasonal produce from small, thoughtful producers, this is a brilliant oppurtunity for someone looking to grow their culinary skillset and repertoire. With whole animal butchery playing a part in the weekly set up of the kitchen, there is plenty to learn!
