About the Role
This Clinical Director opportunity with Tower Vets offers the chance to lead a friendly, established practice in York across three sites. You will work alongside an experienced senior leadership team and have the autonomy to make a meaningful impact, with support from a Practice Manager, Team Leaders, a Business Development Director and VetPartners support office teams.
The role is suited to an experienced vet who is ready to step into leadership, or an existing Clinical Director seeking a new challenge. Flexible working patterns are available, and the practice is open to considering a variety of working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the people, clinical and operational direction of the practice across three sites
- Support a team of vets and team leaders
- Maintain excellent clinical standards
- Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the practice
- Support the financial performance of the business
- Develop and mentor team members
- Work closely with the Business Development Director and wider VetPartners network
Requirements
- You must be MRCVS registered
- Confident and compassionate approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make sound clinical decisions
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care
- Previous leadership experience is beneficial but not essential
