Job Title: Complex Care Learning Disabilities Support WorkerLocation: ScunthorpeWork Pattern: 3 hours on a Tuesday 2:1, 6 hours on a Saturday 2:1 Additional hours available to create a full time role, working across two clients.Employment Type: Part time About this role: The young person presents with Autism and complex behavioursContract for Services. We are not currently accepting applications from individuals looking for sponsorship.Salary £13ph weekdays, £14ph weekends plus 12.07% holiday pay. We pay our team weekly!Key Responsibilities:Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the person 's care plan.Supporting Learning Disabilities and associated behaviours.Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.About You:A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essentialPrevious experience supporting those with Autism, ADHD, SEMH is beneficialAny restraint training/violence prevention training qualifications are desirable but not required.Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.What We Offer:Comprehensive training and development program, including a full day introductory onsite training for complex care as part of your induction.Opportunities for further training and development within a growing organisation.Employee discount opportunities such as a Blue light card and Carers DiscountA valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essentialWe are committed to equal opportunities and welcome applications from a broad, diverse range of people who want to join our team.
