Complex Care Support WorkerLocation: West Yorkshire, including York, Harrogate and ThirskWork Pattern: 4:3 set rosterEmployment Type: Part-time and full-time availablePay: £13 per hour weekdays / £14 per hour weekends + 12.07% holiday payPaid WeeklyAbout the RoleWe are looking for compassionate, caring and motivated people to join our team as Complex Care Support Workers, providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.You do not need previous experience in complex care to apply. If you have a genuine passion for supporting others, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we will provide you with the training and support you need to develop the specialist skills required for the role.You may be supporting individuals with a range of complex care needs and diagnoses, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, PEG feeding and tracheostomy care.
