Job Title: Complex Care Respiratory Support WorkerLocation: York, YO31Work Pattern: Monday to Friday in Nursery 12:30pm to 15:30pm plus additional 10 hours per week at homeEmployment Type: Part time and full time available.About this role: You will be supporting a 2 year old young girl who is Tracheostomy and PEG-j dependent. The support will take place at home as well as Nursery. Contract for Services. We are not currently accepting applications from individuals looking for sponsorship.Salary £13ph weekdays, £14ph weekends plus 12.07% holiday pay. We pay our team weekly!Key Responsibilities:Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the person 's care plan.Supporting tracheostomy and ventilator management with full training provided.Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.About You:A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essentialPrevious experience with supporting those tracheostomy and ventilator dependent is beneficialPEG Care ExperienceRelevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.What We Offer:Comprehensive training and development program, including a full day introductory onsite training for complex care as part of your induction.Opportunities for further training and development within a growing organisation.Employee discount opportunities such as a Blue light card and Carers DiscountA valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essentialWe are committed to equal opportunities and welcome applications from a broad, diverse range of people who want to join our team.
