Compliance Officer

Location: Norwich · Office based. Type: Full time.

What you’ll do

• Monitor and audit calls and lead quality
• Ensure GDPR, Ofcom and industry compliance across the business
• Maintain policies, processes and documentation
• Investigate and resolve complaints fairly and quickly
• Coach teams on best practice and regulatory change

What we’re after

• A working knowledge of GDPR and consumer protection rules
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong written communication
• Experience in compliance, QA or a regulated industry
• Integrity and sound, independent judgement
