Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Deputy SARC Manager to play a pivotal role in leading our multi-agency service. You'll support the SARC Manager in ensuring smooth day to day operations, high quality care, and strategic development of the service. From managing people and budgets to fostering strong partnerships and ensuring clinical excellence, you'll be a driving force in delivering positive outcomes for our clients.
Main duties of the job
Location: The Horizon SARC, Hodge Hill Primary Care Centre, Firs Farm Drive, Birmingham B36 8DB.
Regional Contract: West Midlands Adult sites under BCP.
Hours: 40 hours Full Time.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 24/7 flexibility for OT shifts.
Salary: £31,103.80 per annum, based on 40 hours FTE per week.

Qualifications
Essential
- Managerial experience.
- Driving licence, and access to a car.
- Experience working with vulnerable people.
- Excellent communication skills and styles.
- Proven strong judgement and analysis skills.

Desirable
- Trained to complete forensic examinations as a Crisis Worker (CW).
- Having awareness of SARC commissioning.
- Experience of working with vulnerable people, victims of sexual assault, or in a background in any other related area would be desirable however full training will be provided.
