- Hold a Level 3 qualification specialising in Early Years.
- Have previous experience of working with Early Years children.
- Be caring, compassionate and dedicated to making a positive difference to children's lives.
- Have a positive attitude and be committed to working effectively as part of a team.
- Be able to use their initiative and step in to assist colleagues when needed.
- Be proactive in anticipating challenges and taking appropriate steps to resolve them.
- Be highly organised, reliable and enthusiastic about their role.
- Be willing to undertake First Aid training if required.
