We are looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Educational Support Assistant and Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated team.
This varied role combines classroom support with Lunchtime Supervisor duties, enabling you to play a key role in children's learning, wellbeing and development throughout the school day. From supporting pupils in lessons and developing independence to encouraging positive social interactions during lunchtime, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and wishes to develop specialist skills while gaining experience across both specialist and mainstream primary provision. Whether you already have SEND experience or are keen to learn, we can offer a supportive environment with high-quality training and professional development opportunities.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All staff are subject to an enhanced DBS check. A conviction may not exclude candidates from appointment but will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
The role will be for 4 hour 15 minutes per day 8:45am - 1pm Monday to Friday including lunchtime supervision.

Please note this is a term time only role.
All new employees to the Trust are subject to a six-month probationary period.
