About the Role
Parkside Veterinary Group is recruiting an Equine and Farm Clinical Director to guide and develop its Equine and Farm team. This is a leadership role that combines clinical work with strategic input, while still giving you the autonomy to help shape the direction of the service.
You will be joining a multi-branch mixed practice serving Dundee, Tayside, Angus and Fife, with support from the wider VetPartners group. The practice describes itself as collaborative and supportive, and the role includes close working with the three Small Animal Clinical Directors and the Practice Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 to 5 Equine and Farm vets.
- Drive business development within the Equine and Farm department.
- Help maintain and improve service quality.
- Work alongside the three Small Animal Clinical Directors and the Practice Manager on wider practice leadership.
- Shape and develop the service in line with your vision.
Requirements
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS).
- Experience in equine and or farm animal practice.

About the Practice
Parkside Veterinary Group is a well-established, multi-branch mixed practice serving Dundee, Tayside, Angus and Fife. It is part of the VetPartners family, with access to group resources and support while retaining local autonomy.
The Equine and Farm side of the practice has equine stables and stocks at two sites, an in-house laboratory, mobile digital radiography, equine ultrasound, a respiratory scope and access to visiting specialists for advanced procedures. The company also states that many of its vets, nurses and office staff have been with the team for over a decade.
