Front House Support

We are looking to recruit a friendly, organised, and proactive Front House Support colleague to join our Adult Essential Skills (ESOL) team on a full time hourly paid basis. This is a customer-facing role within the Admissions and Enrolment function, playing a key part in delivering a welcoming, efficient, and professional service to learners, visitors, and staff.
The successful candidate will support the progression of applications and enrolments, working closely with the Adult Essential Skills department to organise interviews, manage learner records, and provide high-quality front-of-house and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in supporting adult learners.
