Functional Analyst

Technology and innovation are at the heart of how we continue to improve services for our residents and communities. As a Functional Analyst (ERP), you'll play a key role in supporting and developing the Council’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform and associated business systems, helping to ensure colleagues across the organisation can work efficiently, effectively and in line with statutory requirements.Working within our Enterprise Applications team, you'll act as a subject matter expert for the Unit4 Business World ERP system, supporting users, driving system improvements and helping to identify opportunities to maximise the value of our technology investments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong ERP knowledge who enjoys combining technical expertise, problem solving and stakeholder engagement to deliver meaningful business improvements.
