General Operator - Nights

This role has been created as part of the continued expansion of the Perth site, driven by an increase in Small Domestic Appliance (SDA) tonnage being processed.
To support this growth, additional pre-pick shifts have been introduced, requiring enhanced supervision and coordination to maintain safe and efficient operations.
As a Pre-Pick Operative at Enva, you will play a key role in the identification, sorting and preparation of Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) prior to processing.
You will be responsible for ensuring that incoming materials are correctly segregated and prepared for downstream processing, supporting safe, efficient and compliant recycling operations.
This role contributes directly to operational efficiency by ensuring quality feed into processing lines and minimising contamination.
