General Practitioner

To see around 22-25 patients per day

Full support of other partners

Shared on call pro-rata

Very supportive working environment - teamwork prioritised

3 nurses, 2 HCAs, active PCN pharmacists frialty care home visiting team, heart failure nurse specialist, diabetic nurse specialist, dietitians, first practitioner physiotherapists and social prescriber

• Previuos experience of working in general practice
