Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Enfield. You will be working across multiple educational sites playing an important role in maintaining the external grounds, to ensure the conditions of the sites are well kept for students and visitors. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. Key responsibilities will include:Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipmentGeneral maintenance of grounds e.g. grass cutting, clearing of debris, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming.Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride on machinery.Basic flower bed maintenanceMaintenance of vehicles and gardening machineryKey requirements:A Full UK driving licenceProfessional grounds maintenance/gardening experienceKnowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety proceduresCommitment to delivering excellent customer serviceOur offerWe believe that diversity makes us stronger.
