Head of Planning and Forecasting

Who will you work with?   Our Planning & Forecasting function is central to aligning projects, manufacturing, and resources across the Business Unit. Working closely with the Business Unit Manager and senior leadership across Commercial, Manufacturing, HSE, Quality, and Plant Assets, your focus will be on enabling predictable delivery, optimising capacity, and supporting sustainable growth.   If you’re results-focused, care about what really matters, and want to lead teams that take pride in getting things done properly — you’ll fit right in.   Want to shape strategy, drive predictability, and influence how projects, resources, and manufacturing flow — no problem.
