Were looking for a superstar Healthcare Assistant to join our Audiology service across London, where no two days are the same and every patient leaves feeling supported, reassured, and smiling! At InHealth, our Healthcare Assistants are key to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. Youll work across multiple Audiology sites in London, supporting patients throughout their appointments and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Main duties of the job

What youll be doing: Welcoming patients warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for Preparing patients for hearing tests and supporting the clinical team during procedures Completing forms, updating records, and maintaining accurate patient information Assisting clinicians to make sure every appointment runs efficiently Keeping clinical areas clean, safe, and well-organised Supporting with stock, admin, and general clinic coordination What were looking for: Someone who enjoys working in different settings and can travel between sites A calm, empathetic communicator with great attention to detail A team player whos happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved Comfortable using Microsoft Office and patient systems Previous experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role
