  • Planning and delivering high-quality learning activities for whole classes, small groups and individual pupils.
  • Playing a significant role in our intervention and catch-up programme, leading & organising small group interventions to enable pupils to make progress.
  • Supporting pupils with SEND and ensuring that all children are included and able to access learning.
  • Using effective behaviour management strategies and maintaining high expectations of pupil behaviour and conduct.
  • Monitoring and observing pupil performance and sharing information with class teachers and other professionals.
  • Working confidently and collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
  • Directing the work of other adults where appropriate.
  • Contributing to the planning, assessment and evaluation of learning.
