We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Hove. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive school community where staff work together to ensure every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. The role will involve supporting pupils with a range of additional needs through 1:1 interventions and small group support, helping children to develop academically, socially, and emotionally. The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, SEND staff, and school leadership to provide high-quality support that enables children to access learning and thrive within the classroom environment. This is a rewarding position for someone who is patient, compassionate, and committed to making a lasting impact on children’s educational journeys.
