Main Purpose
The HR Assistant will support the HR Generalist in delivering a high-quality HR service across the employee lifecycle, contributing to the implementation of the HR strategy, operational excellence, and legal compliance
The role will provide HR and recruitment support, whilst driving efficiency through the effective use and continuous development of HR systems and processes. The role holder will be liaising with the Board of Directors, line managers, employees, external recruitment agencies and job applicants.
