Junior Baker — Debbie Jo, West LondonWe're looking for a Junior Baker to join the team at our popular and growing bakery in West London.The ideal candidate has some experience as a chef, a strong interest in both viennoiserie and sourdough bread, and ideally hands-on experience in one or both. You'll work with our Head of Pastry to execute classic Debbie Jo recipes to a high standard, with the opportunity to work across both the Pastry and Bread sections.Creativity in the bakery is hugely encouraged, and the role will particularly suit someone with creative ambitions of their own.We pride ourselves on a culture of respect and fun.
