KS2 Teacher
Full Time | Specialist Provision | Small Class Sizes | Immediate Start Available
Are you a passionate KS2 Teacher looking for something a little different?
Do you thrive on building relationships, thinking creatively and helping children rediscover their love of learning?
We’re working with a specialist education provision supporting pupils who have become disengaged from mainstream education. With classes of no more than four pupils and dedicated TA and pastoral support, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact every single day.
The Role
You’ll be teaching pupils across KS2 within a nurturing and supportive environment where the focus is on re-engagement, confidence-building and positive outcomes.
The curriculum combines:
🌿 Outdoor learning🎨 Activity-based and practical learning📚 Engaging classroom-based teaching🤝 Social, emotional and pastoral development
As a teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to adapt learning creatively, build strong relationships with pupils and help them develop the skills and confidence they need to move forward successfully in their education.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✅ Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification✅ Has experience teaching within KS2✅ Is patient, resilient and adaptable✅ Builds positive relationships with ease✅ Can engage pupils who may have had previous challenges within education✅ Wants to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
