We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, calm and committed individual to join our supportive team and make a positive difference to the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will work closely with students across the school, providing encouragement and support during lessons, as well as working within our dedicated Nightingale Autism Centre, which is a specialist provision for students who have an Education, Health and Care Plan and a diagnosis of ASC. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young people feel confident, included and able to achieve their full potential.

Experience of working with secondary-aged students with additional needs would be desirable, but it is not essential. We welcome applications from individuals who have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to supporting young people. Training and support will be provided.

What We Offer
  • 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 40-minute unpaid break

  • Term time only, plus 5 training days

  • Fixed-term contract until the end of August 2027

  • A supportive working environment where you can develop your skills and make a meaningful contribution to students' education and wellbeing

If you are patient, approachable, reliable and passionate about supporting young people, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Please apply as soon as possible, as we may interview suitable candidates before the closing date.

Please note: We do not accept CVs, and previous applicants need not apply.
