We are currently seeking a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming small primary school near Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit school community where every child is known, valued, and supported to succeed. The role will involve supporting pupils with a range of additional needs through a combination of 1:1 support and small group interventions, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and develop key life skills. Please note: Due to the rural location of the school, candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own transport, as the school is not accessible via public transport. The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to provide tailored support for pupils who require additional assistance throughout the school day. You will help create a nurturing and engaging learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to achieve their best.
