We're recruiting for an ambitious and driven NDA File Handler to join our award-winning Counter Fraud division. As the UK's largest and longest-established counter-fraud practice, we combine legal excellence with a down-to-earth, collaborative culture where people are empowered to develop, grow and make a real impact.
You'll manage a litigated caseload of suspected fraudulent motor claims, working closely with insurers, fraud specialists and experienced Lead Lawyers to investigate, challenge and defend dishonest claims. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing evidence, developing litigation strategies and achieving successful outcomes for clients.
The caseload will consist of a range of suspected fraudulent insurance claims consisting of the following types of claim:
• Bogus Passenger • Staged/Contrived • Fraudulent Exaggeration • Induced accidents • Low Speed Impact • Late Notification Claims • Credit Hire Fraud • MIB • Linked & Organised Crime
