Duties:

• Set up and operate packaging machinery, ensuring optimal performance throughout production runs.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment using hand tools and basic math skills.
• Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications.
• Handle materials efficiently, including loading raw materials and managing finished product flow in the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Mechanical knowledge with experience in operating LMCs, Casemakers, Bobst, and similar packaging machinery.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and materials handling equipment confidently.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting machine issues.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance.
