Property Maintenance Engineer Location: Field Based covering - Midlands Region, including Birmingham, Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance tasks across various engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and general repairs & maintenance, across our estate of dental practices. This role will include daily travelling and occasional overnight stays, you must have a full & clean UK driving licence. Key ResponsibilitiesPreventative MaintenanceConduct routine inspections and maintenance on plant and machinery.Identify and rectify potential issues before they escalate.Implement a proactive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime.Reactive MaintenanceRespond promptly to breakdowns and equipment failures.Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.Efficiently repair and restore equipment to full operational capacity.Fault FindingUse diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint the root cause of equipment malfunctions.Implement effective solutions to prevent recurring problems.Installation and CommissioningInstall new equipment and machinery.Configure and test systems to ensure optimal performance.ComplianceAdhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulationsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activitiesContinuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and efficiencyPropose innovative solutions to enhance equipment reliability About YouProven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerGood knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and commitment to safetyMust hold a full UK driving licence.What we offer youAt Rodericks Dental Partners, we know that looking after our people helps us deliver the very best for our patients.
