  If so, a career as an Operations Consultant at Chartwell could be for you!   Chartwell consultants embed ourselves at client sites Monday – Thursday to work with client teams to deliver step-change improvements in performance. This means spending time on the shop floor rather than just behind a computer, as well as working with people and machines to figure out what the real problems are – and how you’re going to fix them. 

Consultants spend 2 Fridays per month in their local Chartwell office for in-person training and socials, with the other 2 Fridays working remotely helping to shape the business internally.
