Marketing & Business Development Executive Chesterfield | Full Time – Office Based | £30,000–£38,000 + Bonus Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd are recruiting for an exciting hands-on role combining creative marketing with proactive new business development – full ownership, real impact, and direct contribution to growth. The Opportunity Shape and deliver marketing strategy and drive new business – from lead generation to closing opportunities. You’ll own the full marketing mix while picking up the phone to build relationships and bring in new customers. Your work will directly fuel the company’s expansion. What You’ll Do * Generate new business through outbound prospecting, calls and follow-up * Build and nurture relationships with prospective B2B customers * Plan and deliver email campaigns, social media, SEO and digital activity * Create engaging content – website, literature, product info and imagery * Manage and update the e-commerce site, databases and branding * Coordinate events, trade shows and supplier partnerships * Support the sales team with targeted campaigns and qualified leads Who You Are * Confident, commercially driven – happy making outbound calls and creating opportunities * Experienced in B2B marketing, lead generation, content creation or digital channels * Organised, creative and self-motivated – you take ownership and deliver results * Strong communicator who thrives in a growing, fast-moving business * Experience across marketing, sales or business development essential What’s On Offer * £30,000–£38,000 p.a. + performance bonus * Office-based in Chesterfield * Real autonomy – shape strategy and see your impact * Varied role: creative marketing + hands-on business growth * Supportive, forward-thinking team Ready to drive growth?
