  • Answer incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries to appropriate staff or departments
  • Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and update medical records accurately
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning documents, and maintaining office supplies
  • Assist with billing procedures by processing payments and explaining billing statements to patients
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects professionalism and friendliness
