Multi-trade Operative

Role Overview: As a Multi-Trader Operative, you will carry out a wide range of repair, maintenance and refurbishment tasks across our commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a range of general maintenance and repair tasks across commercial and residential sites. Respond to reactive callouts and complete planned works efficiently and to a high standard. Deliver repairs across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating. Support refurbishment and fit-out projects as required. Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with site managers, tenants and clients. Skills & Experience Needed: Proven experience in multi-trade roles such as carpentry, plumbing or decorating. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management and attention to detail. Full UK driving licence preferred. Relevant trade qualifications or NVQs are desirable.
