⭐Arc is looking to expand our Bar Season Regular Team at Northampton Saints, working across an exciting calendar of ongoing matchday fixtures throughout the autumn and winter season.

📅The next match is on 10th October, with plenty more opportunities to follow throughout the season.

Shifts will usually take place in the evenings and on weekends, please ensure you check their upcoming fixtures online for a rough idea of dates but do bear in mind they are subject to change.

📝Bookings are typically confirmed with the client at least within the week before each match, we will do our best to secure commitment from the client but please note the industry is very fast-paced and changes at short notice are not always avoidable unfortunately.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serve customers efficiently and professionally from the outside bar during match days.
• Take orders, handle payments and pour a range of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks.
• Keep the bar fully stocked, clean and organised throughout the shift.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service and create a great match-day atmosphere.
• Work quickly and effectively as part of a busy bar team during peak periods.
• Follow all licensing, age-verification, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Support with set-up and close-down of the bar before and after the match.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume bar environments is ideal but not necessary
• Experience at stadiums, arenas, events, festivals or other busy hospitality venues is desirable but not necessary
• Understanding of licensing and responsible alcohol service
• Calm, organised and confident making decisions under pressure
• Reliable, professional and a strong communicator
• Ideally available for multiple fixtures throughout the season
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
