Everything this company achieves—every life it saves, every penny it makes, every policy it changes, every award it wins—is down to everyone who works here.

Our Role

As a Paid Media Manager within our healthcare media team, you will own the full spectrum of paid media (social, programmatic, CTV) and endemic healthcare environments (HCP publishers, journals, medical networks).

You will ensure clients access the best solutions across both biddable and publisher ecosystems through sharp activation strategy, rigorous investment discipline, and high-impact campaign management. As a people leader, you will coach a blended team of specialists, set consistent standards, and create space for growth. With strong commercial acumen, you will maximise value in market, improve buying metrics, and translate performance into outcomes that matter to brands, HCPs, and patients.

What you can expect to be doing:

Planning & Strategy

  • Work with client service and media planning teams to research the most effective solutions and mediums to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Produce high-quality responses to tactical briefs, ensuring an effective and consistent planning approach.
  • Share paid media recommendations, specifications, and best practices with account teams to utilise buys most effectively.
  • Champion and present best-in-class client outputs through internal presentations and Post-Campaign Analyses (PCAs).
  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring team members understand their responsibilities and maintain quality control.

Campaign Execution & Trading

  • Deliver campaigns accurately, maintaining pacing and performance in line with expectations.
  • Manage complex campaign structures, audience strategies, and optimisation frameworks.
  • Implement and manage testing opportunities (e.g., A/B testing), recording results, optimisations, and outcomes. Communicate testing learnings and feedback throughout campaign flights.
  • Deliver the finance QA process, keeping tracking documents up to date and accurate, ensuring all business and finance deadlines are met.
  • Manage brand safety tools (IAS, DoubleVerify), ensuring campaigns meet the highest suitability standards.

Client Relations & Communication

  • Attend client meetings to report on campaign strategies and results.
  • Confidently and objectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, articulating complex topics in a clear, client-friendly way.
  • Be prepared to challenge client briefs to ensure the work we are creating is as effective as possible.
  • Ability to work on multiple clients autonomously.

This role could be a great fit for you if:

You possess:

  • 5+ years’ experience in paid media in an integrated media agency setting.
  • A strong grasp of industry trends and the ability to translate them into actionable insights.
  • A data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party targeting, as well as contextual and cookieless solutions.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, consent management, and emerging cookieless targeting methodologies.
  • Analytical capability to interpret performance data, generate insights, and present recommendations.
  • Experience in reporting and dashboarding, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
  • Ideally some healthcare or B2B experience.

You are:

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and strategically minded.
  • Comfortable working across multiple creative formats (display, video, rich media).
  • A collaborative team player, comfortable working with internal teams, media partners, and creative stakeholders.
  • Curious and keen to explore new approaches, test hypotheses, and share learnings.

What you can expect from us

A supportive and challenging environment in which you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact that matters. We put a huge investment into #LYNXLife and our #LXAcademy internal programmes. It’s a unique initiative that aims to reward hard work, reduce pressures, and ensure that we can all enjoy our time at Lynx. Our strategy is to build capabilities internally and inspire the best talent, so we can continue to deliver on our mission.

You can also expect a whole host of benefits, including:

  • Fully compensated company events.
  • Volunteer days.
