  • Oversee the implementation, review and evaluation of provision maps and interventions.
  • Support the assessment and identification of pupils with SEND.
  • Liaise effectively with parents, carers and external agencies.
  • Coordinate annual reviews and contribute to EHCP processes.
  • Monitor pupil progress and use data to inform strategic planning.
  • Contribute to staff training and the development of inclusive practice.
  • Work closely with safeguarding and pastoral teams to support vulnerable pupils.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience of working with pupils with a range of SEND needs.
  • Has completed the NASENCO qualification or is willing to undertake it.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Is committed to inclusion and raising outcomes for all learners.
  • Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, families and external professionals.
  • Maintains high expectations while supporting individual needs.

We Can Offer:

  • A commitment to wellbeing and work-life balance.
  • The opportunity to shape and develop SEND provision within the school.
  • Positive partnerships with parents and external agencies.
