About the Role

This Practice Owner opportunity is based around a new practice opening in Consett, County Durham, with Vets for Pets. You’ll be building your own practice from the ground up, with the freedom to set your personal and professional goals and shape the future direction of the site.

The ownership model is designed to support your start-up journey, with a flexible investment approach, financial support, and a two-year loan repayment holiday. Once loans are repaid, the role offers 100% profit twice-annual dividends, alongside the backing of a wider network and the independence to run the practice with full clinical and operational autonomy.

The practice will be a brand-new, modern space within a busy Pet Care Centre, located on Herminston Retail Park just off the A692, with an onsite customer car park and strong visibility for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a new Vets for Pets practice in Consett.
• Shape the direction, goals and vision of the practice from the outset.
• Run the practice with full clinical and operational autonomy.
• Build a thriving clinic within a modern Pet Care Centre setting.
• Work with the wider Vets for Pets network and its 12 dedicated departments for business support.
