About the Role

This is an opportunity to lead your own practice in Newquay, shaping how it runs, who joins the team, and the clinical standards it delivers. The role is centred on practice ownership, so you will be setting the vision while building something of your own with the backing of Vets for Pets.

The Newquay practice is brand new and currently planned to include 3 consult rooms, X-ray, an operating theatre, pharmacy, laboratory, preparation area, separate cat and dog wards, an isolation ward, separate cat and dog waiting areas, a fully branded reception area and an office. The location is described as one of Cornwall’s most popular and growing coastal communities, with strong year-round demand and a pet-friendly lifestyle.

Vets for Pets says you will have full clinical and operational autonomy, while support is provided on the non-clinical side, including property, finance, HR, marketing and systems. The wider network includes over 440 locally owned practices, and the brand is described as the UK’s most trusted pet care brand by YouGov.
