The Team

The Risk team works in   partnership across   Covéa   to support informed decision ‑ making and positive outcomes. We bring diverse perspectives, curiosity, and   practical insight   to help embed risk as a performance enabler. What you can expect in this role  

• You’ll   play a key role in   shaping pricing, reserving and capital decisions   by bringing thoughtful challenge,   collaboration   and a forward-looking view of risk  

• You’ll   work closely with   Pricing, Underwriting, Actuarial and Finance  f unctions, as well as   senior business leaders , helping to   provide expert oversight,   review   and assurance  

• You’ll   contribute to   the   development of insurance risk capability   and knowledge across the Risk team , focusing on quality,   collaboration   and continuous improvement  

• You’ll   have opportunities to   learn,   develop   and grow   within the role  

• You’ll   be supported   by experienced colleagues who want you to succeed  

What you might bring  

• Experience   working closely   with actuarial, pricing, reserving and underwriting teams within a General Insurance setting,   contributing to oversight ,   review   and challenge of key business decisions  

• Skills in general insurance pricing ,   reserving   and underwriting, with the ability to interpret technical outputs and translate them into   clear risk insight , and a willingness to learn and ask questions  

• A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the confidence to provide constructive challenge while working closely with Line 1 teams  

• An organised, thoughtful way of working  

• A commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues
