Working across GP practices, primary care services and the wider community, our skilled clinical and support professionals work together to deliver personalised care, respond to patients’ needs and help people stay well. At DHU Healthcare, you’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, with opportunities to develop your skills, make a meaningful difference and thrive throughout your career.As a Primary Care Income, Claim and Research Officer you will:Patient Recall Management: Coordinate recalls for long-term conditions, medication reviews, vaccinations and immunisations, ensuring patients are contacted appropriately and follow-ups are completed.Claims & Income Administration: Support the collection, validation and submission of activity data for QOF, Enhanced Services, CQRS, PCSE and local incentive schemes, helping identify missing data and protect income.Research Administration: Support research studies through patient identification, recruitment tracking, communications, record keeping and research income administration, while maintaining governance standards.Data Quality & Reporting: Maintain accurate patient records, run clinical searches and produce reports relating to recalls, claims, research activity and other performance measures, escalating data quality concerns.Reporting, Compliance & Service Support: Assist with national and local reporting requirements, maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance, contribute to audits and service improvements, and uphold DHU Healthcare’s values and behaviours.
