PV Supervisor (Electrical)

Hygrove Partners are recruiting a PV Supervisor on behalf of a leading and fast-growing, modern construction company, delivering solar PV installations across social housing and new build domestic developments in the West Midlands.

The Role:

Supervising solar PV installation teams across social housing retrofit and new build domestic sites, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Day-to-day supervision of PV installation teams across social housing and new build domestic properties
• - Ensuring compliance with electrical and H&S regulations
• - Quality control and sign-off of completed installations
• - Coordinating with project managers, housing association clients and other trades on site
• - Mentoring and supporting less experienced electricians

What We're Looking For:

• - Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / equivalent) with solar PV experience
• - Supervisory experience on residential sites
• - 18th Edition, and ideally solar-specific certification (e.g. MCS-related training)
• - Valid CSCS card essential
• - Own transport essential
• - Willing to work from Walsall and surrounding areas
