This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QHSE professional to lead site-wide quality, health, safety and environmental initiatives within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Creates clarity by translating quality and safety standards into clear site-level QHSE plans and procedures. Owns qualification integrity, ensuring certifications, approvals and compliance requirements remain current. Leads the site’s HSE programme, including risk assessments, incident investigations, reporting and REACH/PFAS compliance. Drives continuous improvement using audit, incident and non-conformance data to identify and address root causes. Builds a positive safety and quality culture, encouraging employees to raise concerns and take ownership. Builds effective partnerships to align site practices with Group standards and audit requirements. Manages change-of-control qualification risk, including required notifications to certifying bodies and OEM customers. Ensures operational control of quality systems, calibration, document control and training records. Essential Skills: Experience in a quality and/or HSE leadership role within a regulated manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of Nadcap, AS9100 and ISO 13485/EU MDR, or a proven ability to learn multiple qualification regimes quickly. Experience managing external audits with certifying bodies, OEM customers or notified bodies. Strong root cause analysis, investigation and corrective action skills. Excellent communication skills, able to influence operational teams and senior stakeholders. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing quality and safety priorities. Desirable: Lead auditor qualification (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 or Nadcap). Experience managing a change-of-control qualification transfer, e.g. following M&A or site consolidation. NEBOSH or IOSH (or equivalent) health and safety qualification. Knowledge of REACH and PFAS regulatory requirements.
