Quality Manager

Experienced, with plenty of energy and enthusiasm in using lean techniques to make things better in an engineering environment.  Someone who can drive standards, influence teams and create a culture where quality is embedded in everything we do.  Someone who combines strategic thinking with practical action and the drive to succeed, balancing compliance requirements with continuous improvement and business performance.   Who will you work with?    You'll lead our Quality team while partnering closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Technical, Supply Chain and Senior Leadership teams. Together, you'll ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.  This role provides the opportunity to make a significant impact across the business unit, influencing quality performance, customer satisfaction and long-term operational success.
