Temporary Receptionist We are looking for a friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist to join our client based in Hertford. This is an immediate start opportunity, initially on an ongoing temporary basis. Temporary Receptionist – About the Role As Temporary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area. Temporary Receptionist – Benefits £13.33 per hour Monday to Friday Ongoing temporary position Immediate start Varied working hours, with the longest day being 8:00am–6:00pm Temporary Receptionist – Responsibilities Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls Responding to general enquiries in a professional manner Managing the reception area and ensuring it remains welcoming and organised Supporting with general administration as required Liaising with colleagues and visitors throughout the day Temporary Receptionist – Skills & Experience Previous reception, customer service or administration experience would be advantageous Confident and professional telephone manner Friendly, approachable and well presented Good communication and organisational skills Comfortable working varied hours across Monday to Friday Available to start immediately If you are an organised and personable Temporary Receptionist looking for an immediate temporary opportunity in Hertford, we would love to hear from you.
