Recruitment ResourcerNLGroup – HessleFull-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pmSalary: £27,000 – £28,000 per annum, depending on experienceJoin Our Recruitment TeamNLGroup is a specialist complex care provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to the individuals we support.We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy and friendly Recruitment Team at our Hessle office.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills and wants to play an important role in helping us find the right people to join our care teams.Whether you already have recruitment experience or you're a graduate looking to start your career in recruitment, HR or a people-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.The RoleAs a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and supporting potential candidates throughout the early stages of the recruitment process.Working closely with our Recruitment Team, you will help us attract high-quality candidates who share NLGroup's values and passion for providing exceptional care.No two days will be the same. You'll be speaking with candidates, sourcing talent, arranging interviews, building relationships and helping to ensure we have the right people joining our care teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify suitable candidates through job boards, social media and other recruitment channelsContact prospective candidates and introduce them to opportunities with NLGroupConduct initial telephone screening and assess candidates against role requirementsArrange interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment processMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate recordsBuild positive relationships with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experienceWork closely with the wider Recruitment Team to meet recruitment targetsHelp develop and maintain talent pools for current and future vacanciesPromote NLGroup as an employer of choiceSupport the team with general recruitment administration when requiredA Great Opportunity for GraduatesAre you a recent graduate looking to start your career in recruitment, HR or a people-focused role?You don't need years of recruitment experience to succeed in this position.
