In this crucial role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide 'best in class' repair and maintenance services, directly improving the living conditions of our residents. We aim for our residents to only ask once, and if things go wrong, that we fix failures fast.What you’ll doAs a Repairs Officer, you’ll be a key part of our Repairs directorate, making sure day-to-day repairs are coordinated effectively and completed to a high standard. You’ll use your problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset to ensure residents only need to ask once - and if things go wrong, we fix them fast.
