We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales Ledger Clerk to join our proactive and innovative team.

Responsibilities

  • Sales invoicing on PT3 (in-house system, oracle based), liaising with project teams where necessary to provide support and resolve queries.
  • Project control and maintenance on PT3.
  • Processing sales orders.
  • Initiating and issuing weekly data - WIP and Ops Margin reports.
  • General office duties (telephone queries, office cover) and any other duties that from time to time may be required.
  • Support/liaise with project teams.

Experience

  • Sales ledger experience required
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a small team
  • Sound organisational and communication skill

What do I need before I apply

  • This position is:
    • Full time (37 hours)
    • Hybrid working hours
