Sales Ledger Clerk

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales Ledger Clerk to join our proactive and innovative team.
Responsibilities
- Sales invoicing on PT3 (in-house system, oracle based), liaising with project teams where necessary to provide support and resolve queries.
- Project control and maintenance on PT3.
- Processing sales orders.
- Initiating and issuing weekly data - WIP and Ops Margin reports.
- General office duties (telephone queries, office cover) and any other duties that from time to time may be required.
- Support/liaise with project teams.
Experience
- Sales ledger experience required
- Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Sound organisational and communication skill

- This position is:
- Full time (37 hours)
- Hybrid working hours
