SEND Teaching Assistant | First Aid & Medical Needs Focus | Band 3/4/5

As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants/Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team.

The successful applicants will:

• Have experience supporting children with high communication support needs and autistic children within a SEND setting.

• Possess a strong background in providing comprehensive personal care, medical support, and managing diverse physical and health needs.

• Hold relevant qualifications or experience in First Aid and the safe administration of medication (or a willingness to complete required specialist training).

• Be dedicated to ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all pupils, working closely with staff, multidisciplinary medical teams, and families to deliver consistent, compassionate care.

• Demonstrate the initiative, leadership, and confidence required to cover classes and lead learning sessions (for HLTA applicants).
