No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include:· Person-centred care: supporting residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and oral care while promoting independence and choice· Care planning: contributing to care reviews to ensure support plans reflect individual needs· Medication support: administering medication safely and in line with procedures· Activities & companionship: taking part in social activities, outings, and meaningful engagement within the home· Team support: helping new or existing colleagues through shadowing and teamwork, and supporting the smooth running of the home when requiredWhat We’re Looking For· A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK, please note: Under new guidance we are unable to accept skilled or student visas· Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3) · Previous experience working within a care home· Caring, positive, and reliable individualsYour role:· Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care · Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence · Administer medication safely and accurately · Contribute to and review care plans · Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement · Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed If you’re looking for a role where you can build relationships, make a real difference, and be part of a supportive team, we’d love to welcome you to Bosworth Care Home.
