Senior Compliance Officer

The Senior Compliance Officer reports into the Senior Customer Compliance Manager. The role is to be responsible for the first line compliance within Hodge Bank (excl. Commercial). This will be a key role, possessing an excellent knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements and an eye for detail, the role will be responsible for ensuring the processes are compliant and identifying areas of potential risk within the bank. The role will be responsible for shaping process to support business growth and ensure a good customer outcomes.
