You’ll listen, understand what people need and guide them towards the right service, from Home Care and Live-in Care to Care Homes.You’ll need warmth, empathy, confidence and commercial awareness, alongside a genuine drive to achieve results.How you’ll make an impact daily: Own and manage new care enquiriesBuild relationships with clients, families and professionalsUnderstand needs and recommend the right careWork across our range of care servicesManage follow-ups and maximise opportunitiesWork closely with operational teamsKeep records accurate and up to dateIdentify ways to improve customer experienceShare ideas and help us do things betterWhat you’ll bring:You don’t need care experience.
